El puerto principal de salida, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.puertorosales.com\/\" type=\"link\" id=\"https:\/\/www.puertorosales.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>Puerto Rosales<\/strong>, <\/a>cuenta con apenas <strong>13 metros<\/strong> de profundidad. Para que el crudo argentino sea competitivo a nivel global y baje los costos de flete, se necesitan buques <strong>VLCC<\/strong> que exigen al menos <strong>20 metros<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Al no contar con esos metros de profundidad, Argentina depende de embarcaciones menores, lo que ralentiza la salida y encarece el producto final. Al no tener las petroleras f\u00edsicamente por d\u00f3nde sacar todo su crudo al exterior, se ven forzadas a volcarlo al mercado interno. Como bien analiza el experto, \u00ab<em>esta restricci\u00f3n f\u00edsica permite explicar por qu\u00e9 el mercado interno no sufre un shock de precios inmediato\u00bb<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color has-background has-link-color wp-elements-a2f82189f18a8427f0b6337d04e81d68\" style=\"color:#9b3a3a;background-color:#ebd8b8\"><strong>El Gobierno y la petrolera de bandera aprovechan esta falta de salida para actuar como \u00e1rbitros y evitar que el impacto internacional destruya el presupuesto energ\u00e9tico de la industria pesada.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center\"><strong>RIGI y Vaca Muerta Sur: La \u00fanica salida para el OPEX minero<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La soluci\u00f3n de fondo para que el combustible deje de ser una amenaza constante no es administrativa, sino de fierros. La puesta en marcha del <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/vmos.ar\/\" type=\"link\" id=\"https:\/\/vmos.ar\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Oleoducto Vaca Muerta Sur<\/a> (VMOS)<\/strong> y las inversiones bajo el r\u00e9gimen <strong>RIGI<\/strong> son los \u00fanicos hitos que permitir\u00e1n romper el techo de cristal de los <strong>13 metros<\/strong> de calado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>\u00abSolo cuando se supere la restricci\u00f3n en la carga de buques, Argentina podr\u00e1 colocar su excedente de manera efectiva<\/em>\u00ab, concluye Taiariol. Para el sector minero, esto es vital:<strong> sin puertos de aguas profundas, la energ\u00eda seguir\u00e1 siendo un recurso caro y escaso<\/strong>, condicionado por un sistema portuario del siglo pasado que hoy frena el desarrollo de la miner\u00eda del futuro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">La industria minera no puede seguir festejando r\u00e9cords de producci\u00f3n que se quedan estancados en la costa. Mientras el sistema petrolero siga chocando contra el muro log\u00edstico de sus terminales, el costo de la roca seguir\u00e1 atado a una ineficiencia invisible. La verdadera soberan\u00eda energ\u00e9tica de los proyectos sanjuaninos no se define en la monta\u00f1a, sino en la profundidad de los puertos que hoy nos separan del mercado global.<\/p>\n\n\n<div
