Si entraba ten\u00eda que ocultar que era gay<\/em>. <em>Hoy ya se puede hablar abiertamente sobre tu sexualidad en una empresa minera que nadie te juzgue, pero la oportunidad siempre est\u00e1 para el var\u00f3n homosexual o la mujer lesbiana\u201d<\/em>, explica Mariana.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center\"><strong>Exclusi\u00f3n laboral de personas trans en el sector minero<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color has-background has-link-color wp-elements-27a157ca089afce201a9d9f70aa69ed8\" style=\"color:#9b3a3a;background-color:#ebd8b8\"><strong>Sin embargo, la situaci\u00f3n cambia de manera dr\u00e1stica cuando se trata de personas trans. <em>\u201cVarones y mujeres trans la tienen casi imposible para poder entrar a una empresa minera, ni siquiera en el servicio de limpieza\u201d<\/em>.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De acuerdo con Castro C\u00e1nova, la causa no es la falta de formaci\u00f3n sino factores culturales profundamente arraigados.<em><strong>\u00abHay mucho prejuicio y mucha estigmatizaci\u00f3n.
