Esta encuesta nacional an\u00f3nima cont\u00f3 con <b data-path-to-node=\"21\" data-index-in-node=\"203\">101 preguntas<\/b> y recibi\u00f3 <b data-path-to-node=\"21\" data-index-in-node=\"227\">272 respuestas<\/b> (264 de mujeres nacidas en Argentina).<\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"22\"><b data-path-to-node=\"22\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Hallazgos principales del estudio:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul data-path-to-node=\"23\">\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"23,0,0\">La mayor participaci\u00f3n se dio en el rango etario de <b data-path-to-node=\"23,0,0\" data-index-in-node=\"52\">26 a 45 a\u00f1os<\/b>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"23,1,0\">Baja participaci\u00f3n de mujeres menores de <b data-path-to-node=\"23,1,0\" data-index-in-node=\"41\">25 a\u00f1os<\/b>, planteando desaf\u00edos en la atracci\u00f3n de talento joven.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"23,2,0\">Predominancia de esquemas de <b data-path-to-node=\"23,2,0\" data-index-in-node=\"29\">roster 14&#215;14<\/b>, especialmente en Patagonia, dificultando la conciliaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<blockquote data-path-to-node=\"24\">\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\" data-path-to-node=\"24,0\"><span style=\"color: #993300;\">\u00abLos campamentos son el primer lugar donde se retiene o se pierde talento.
